WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Winston-Salem Open at Wake Forest University will be held August 22-29, 2015 at the Wake Forest Tennis Complex adjacent to BB&T Field. Tournament officials have moved the start time of the day sessions to 3 p.m. instead of noon to make it easier for fans to seamlessly enjoy both day and evening sessions.
“We’re rapidly gearing up for the fifth year of the Winston-Salem Open. Our fans have been incredibly loyal and supportive of the tournament,” Winston-Salem Open tournament director Bill Oakes said. “I urge fans to get their tickets as soon as possible in order to enjoy the full benefits that come with box seats. Last year, courtside box seats sold out rather quickly.”
“The tournament is later in August this year and is after the beginning of the year for most local schools, including Wake Forest. With that in mind, we moved the afternoon sessions to begin at 3 o’clock to make it easier for fans to watch both sessions of the tournament without leaving the stadium complex,” Oakes added. “I anticipate that we will have another blockbuster group of competitors at this year’s tournament and that fans will generate a strong demand for tickets.”
Box seats to the tournament are $650 each for rows 1-2 and $600 each for rows 3-4. They will be available for purchase beginning May 1 at winstonsalemopen.com. Box seat holder benefits include:
- Complimentary $25 concessions credit for each box seat purchased prior to July 1
- Complimentary $25 merchandise credit for each box seat purchased prior to July 1
- One courtside club pass for Saturday, August 22 per box seat
- Option to forward tickets to friends, family and clients via tournament concierge
- Access to preferred hotel rates at official tournament hotel if reservation made prior to July 15

- One invitation per box seat purchased to box seat/ friends reception
