Credential Application

 

Applying for a media credential does not guarantee approval. Please submit your credential request no later than Monday, August 15 at midnight.
In submitting your request, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the media guidelines. Anyone in violation of media guidelines may be asked to leave the site and not return.
At this time, the Winston-Salem Open does plan to offer a media room with access for working members of the media, but this may change based on COVID-19 protocols.

 

Media Guidelines

Only media with tournament media credentials will have access to the Media Room and any services, food or amenities offered.
All credentials are nontransferable.

Any media member who requests a player autograph or photo taken with a player will lose his or her access and be asked to leave the tournament site.
For a seat in Stadium Court, please ask a member of the media relations staff. Seats will be given at the discretion of the Director of Media Relations or other Media Room staff and are not necessarily available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Photographer/Videographer Guidelines

All guidelines stated above also apply to photographers and videographers.
Assigned places on Stadium Court are at the discretion of the Director of Media Relations or other Media Room staff.
Photographers/videographers may request a one-time permission to photograph from an unoccupied seat in Stadium Court. Requests must be made to the Media Director.
Designated photo areas are for active vidographers/photographers. Those not actively participating may be asked to leave the designated photo area.
Photographers/videographers not following these guidelines may have their access revoked and be asked to leave the tournament site.
