Volunteer at the Winston-Salem Open
We are excited that you're interested in volunteering at the 2026 Winston-Salem Open! Every year the Winston-Salem Open (WSO) partners with over 400 volunteers to make our tournament successful.
The WSO welcomes volunteers from our local community and beyond. There are a variety of committees available, which provide an opportunity for everyone. Please CLICK HERE to learn more about our different volunteer committees.
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

- Willingness to work hard and be committed to the excellence of the Winston-Salem Open.
- Commit to working a minimum of 4 shifts
- Follow all tournament policies and guidelines, including not seeking photos with or autographs by players, while in uniform.
- Submit a volunteer shift application and sign a waiver and release form.
- Meet age requirements for the volunteer committee. Ball crew members must be at least 12 years old by August 1, 2026.
VOLUNTEER BENEFITS
- Official tournament credential.
- Uniform package includes 2 tournament shirts and a hat. Ball crew uniforms consist of 2 tournament shirts, 2 pairs of shorts, and a hat.
- Exclusive tournament pin.
- Access to meals and snacks during shifts.
- Complimentary tickets for pre-determined match sessions.
