WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (JULY 28, 2026)—The Winston-Salem Open, presented by Truist Bank and Flow Automotive, unveiled its 2026 player entry list today, announcing a talented roster of ATP players set to battle for the title at the Wake Forest Tennis Complex from August 22-29. The initial 2026 entry list features 13 current top 50 ranked players and four former Winston-Salem Open champions.

World No. 23 Luciano Darderi headlines the field as the top ranked player, returning to the Winston-Salem Open for the third straight year. His 2026 season includes a semifinal run at the Italian Open where he upset World No. 2 Alex Zverev to reach a career high ranking. He's joined by Britain's Arthur Fery who became an instant tennis sensation with a breakthrough run to the Wimbledon semifinals. The field also features former World No. 10 Denis Shapovalov, as well as rising stars Raphael Collignon and Ignacio Buse, two of the ATP Tour's emerging talents this season.

The Winston-Salem Open will welcome back multiple former champions who will compete to take home a second title at the tournament. Past winners appearing in this year’s field include Lorenzo Sonego (2024), Sebastian Baez (2023), Adrian Mannarino (2022), and Pablo Carreno Busta (2016).

“As we celebrate our 15th anniversary, we're excited to welcome another outstanding field of players to Winston-Salem,” said Tournament Director Jeff Ryan. “This year's entry list features an exciting mix of former champions, rising stars, and fan favorites that will make for an incredible week of tennis.”

American fans will have plenty to cheer for with several homegrown stars entering the field. Ethan Quinn, who has climbed to a career-high World No. 46 during a breakout season, will make his Winston-Salem Open debut. World No. 77 Jenson Brooksby will also make his tournament debut as he continues his return to form following his first title at the 2025 U.S. Men's Clay Court Championships.

Other Top 50 players in the field include Arthur Rinderknech, Alejandro Tabilo, Ignacio Buse, Raphael Collignon, Jaume Munar, Mariano Navone, Yannick Hanfmann, Luca Van Assche, and Juan Manuel Cerundolo.
